George Okulitch is CEO and Founder of State Street Solutions, a government relations firm specializing in legislative advocacy and issue management at the state level. He has over a decade of experience in statewide government, from direct staff and lobbying, to managing and working on a variety of state legislative races.
Between 1999 and 2003, George served as the Legislative Assistant to Senator Senator Kate Brown, who was the Senate Democratic Leader at the time. Ms. Brown currently serves as Oregon’s Secretary of State. Later, he was a Campaign Manager in a targeted state senate race. During the 2003 Legislative Session, he was hired as a Policy Analyst for the Senate Democratic Caucus.
George started his lobbying career with The Tresidder Company, one of the oldest and most successful firms in Oregon politics. During this time, George successfully negotiated public policy for non-profits, businesses and professional associations. Most notably, George achieved successes for the Oregon Humane Society, Nike Inc., Disability Rights Oregon, the Oregon Independent Colleges Association and the American Lung Association of Oregon.
He has a B.S. in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from Willamette University College of Law. When he’s not advocating on behalf of his clients, George fishes or sails on one of Oregon’s beautiful rivers.

With over 30 years of legislative experience, Alan is one of the most senior and respected lobbyists in Salem. Alan is a former legislative staff member, lobbied for a number of years as Senior Staff Associate for a statewide education organization and started this company over 20 years ago. He holds degrees from Linfield College and Boston College. Most recently, Alan was named one of Oregon’s 50 most politically influential personalities by PolitickerOR.com. “Tresidder is a respected lobbyist, political donor and considered one of the top political minds in the state,” they wrote.
Alan takes every opportunity to spend time with his children and grandchildren. A native Oregonian, Alan can often be found meeting up with life-long friends and new faces over coffee in the Capitol cafe, at his favorite Portland restaurants, or Blazer games at the Rose Garden.
